Yarraville writer Maxine Beneba Clarke wins Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for an Unpublished Manuscript and $15,000 for her collection of short stories.

At the launch event of the 10^th Emerging Writers’ Festival held at Federation Square last night Minister for the Arts Heidi Victoria welcomed a new voice to Victoria’s literary landscape.
