Australian arts organisations, at least in the small-medium sector, are beginning to be wary of the ring of the phone.
Last Friday, Pilar Kasat, Managing Director, Community Arts Network Western Australia (CANWA), was alerted by phone that an imminent letter from the Australia Council would inform her that their six-year community partnership agreements with AusCo would not be honoured.
