Olympian Matthew Mitcham announced as the host of the festival’s Closing Gala.
Over 10,000 people have already flocked to Melbourne Cabaret Festival’s first week, smashing audience attendance figures for the 2012 festival, which attracted a total audience of 8,033.
Now the festival is set to gain an even wider audience following today’s announcement that gold medal-winning Olympian Matthew Mitcham is to host its Closing Gala at Ormond Hall on Sunday 7 July.
