New Zealand-born Melbourne-based Daniel Crooks has become internationally acclaimed, his time based photographs and digital videos enigmatic and transfixing.

It is not surprising, then, that his work is being celebrated in a major survey exhibition – his first – opening this week at Adelaide’s Samstag Museum of Art, a project in partnership with the Adelaide Film Festival.
