Regional arts are increasingly on the table, not just through conversations at conferences and state networks reaching out, but with more focused funding that matches a shift in attitudes.

The regions are suddenly considered innovative, and increasingly city and metropolitan art organisations are turning to regional arts as examples of successful models for sustainability, which have survived on less but compromised little.
