It’s forty years since David Stratton founded the festival that takes the best on screen on the road to 17 regional locations.


Former Sydney Film Festival Director David Stratton put the reels on wheels 40 years ago to found the first and longest running travelling film festival. This year the Sydney Travelling Film Festival (TFF) will tour 17 locations in Northern Territory, Queensland and New South Wales to bring world cinema to regional Australia.
