Tattooed artist bucks trend in Czech presidential race

Could the next Czech president be Vladimir Franz, a man whose body is almost 90 per cent covered in tattoos? Prague’s progressiveness will be put to the test when the people case their vote.

While a candidate such as this one would be unlikely to get a foot in the door in Australian politics, where Peter Garrett is possibly the most outlandish and that is only retrospectively, Czech voters seem nonplussed about the body art.
