The most illuminating thing in the world isn’t light or projections. The most illuminating thing in the world is the human spirit. This notion is embodied in the story of Gill Hicks, one of the survivors of the 2005 London bombings. She will share her inspirational journey to a new life at Enlighten this March in Canberra.

In this special event, One Unknown: Experiencing the Brilliance of Humanity, presented by Canberra Theatre Centre at Parliament House, Hicks draws inspiration from the selfless actions of her rescuers and demonstrates how their kindness and determination has shaped the person she is today.
