Sydney-based games designer Alex Carlyle has a wealth of experience in designing blockbuster games, including the BAFTA nominated ‘L.A. Noire.’ He currently works for KMM Interactive Entertainment as a design lead/design consultant.

How did you get your job?
I, along with a small team of colleagues were all brought into the KMM production company. We were an established team that had a history of producing high quality, original IP videogames and so were a good match for KMM.
