Sebastian Goldspink has been announced as the guest curator for the 2013 John Fries Memorial Prize. The prize, which is produced by Copyright Agency Viscopy, now enters its fourth year as an exhibition and competition for emerging artists in Australia and New Zealand.

Sebastian Goldspink is well regarded in the Sydney arts community as an artist, arts producer and curator. He is committed to developing creative opportunities that link contemporary art and audiences, having founded Alaska Projects in 2011, an ARI with an exhibition space in an abandoned mechanic’s office in the basement of a Kings Cross carpark. He has worked for MONA, The Museum of Contemporary Art, and is currently an event producer for Art Month Sydney, which will take place in March 2013.
