Spectra is the star attraction of MONA’s first-ever large-scale public art project.

A white light, thick and intense, will penetrate the fathomless dark in a 15km shaft of phantom sculpture called Spectra, the star attraction of MONA’s first-ever large-scale public art project. Spectra will be part of Beam In Thine Own Eye —  curated by Nicole Durling and Olivier Varenne a series of projects, projections, performances, sculptures and installations taking place in and around Hobart for Dark Mofo.
