New funds lock in QAGOMA’s Apocalypse

The Queensland Art Gallery, Gallery of Modern Art Foundation has raised funds to purchase and complete the Gallery’s set of rare Renaissance prints The Apocalypse (1497-98) through its 2013 Appeal.


The gallery needed to acquire five prints by master German painter and printmaker Albrecht Durer (1471- 1528) to complete the set, enriching the gallery’s international art collection.
