Arts Minister Simon Crean has announced Fiona Menzies as the first Chief Executive Officer of a new single agency to drive a new culture of giving and investment in Australia’s creative sector.

The agency, to be called Creative Partnerships Australia, will combine the work of Abaf and Artsupport. It is designed to boost private funding to the arts by combining the work of the Australian Business Arts Foundation to develop private partnerships and the work of the Australia’s Council’s Artsupport program to maximise philanthropy.
