Maintaining mental health after lockdown

Registrations are now open for the latest Recovery Roadmap Webinar, featuring registered psychologist Greta Bradman.

Pandemic life has been tough on artists and arts workers. The challenging combination of lockdowns and border closures, coupled with insecure income and the loss of regular work through touring, book launches and exhibitions, has made life hard for many in our sector.

Taking place on Wednesday 3 November from 1.30pm – 2.15pm AEDT, Maintaining mental health as we emerge from lockdown will have an action-oriented focus on the tools and strategies available to help us cultivate and maintain mental wellbeing as the sector enters COVID-normal.
