Funding, infrastructure, climate adaptation, technology and building innovation will lead the discussion in an upcoming summit led by industry leaders and decision makers on the role of design in boosting the nation’s productivity.

The 2014 Built Environment Meets Parliament (BEMP) summit, to be held next Tuesday at Parliament House, Canberra, will examine how design in Australia and globally can be better employed to link cities, ideas and commerce; deliver greater resilience and sustainability; and transform the way we build cities and create communities.
