Fringe making money for Adelaide

Adelaide Fringe is celebrating a spike in economic impact with a study revealing it was the State’s most successful Fringe Festival ever.

The economic impact assessment, produced independently by Economic Research Consultants, includes not just ticket sales but also  food and beverage consumption, transport and accommodation. A key factor in the Fringe’s success is the number of interstate tourists it attracts: an estimated 52,000 bed nights this year.
