Camel Cull (2012) by Eunice Yunurupa Porter; courtesy Warakurna Artists, collection of the National Museum of Australia.
Warakurna is the name of the community in the Western Desert that has caught the eye of curators at the South Australia Museum.
Located at the foot of the Rawlinson Rangers in Western Australia, some 300 kilometers west of Uluru (Ayres Rock), these paintings were produced at a thriving art centre in the heart of the Ngaanyatjarra Lands.
