Improve your efficiency

The pomodoro technique, a different way to improve your efficiency, could it work for you?

The Pomodoro Technique was invented in the 1980s by Francesco Cirillo, founded off the idea that the human brain can only focus on one thing for a limit of 25 minutes before becoming distracted or interested in something else.

Named after the pomodoro tomato shaped timer Francesco Cirillo used, the technique itself is merely the use of a timer to break down your work into 25 minute blocks with five minute breaks in between.
