How to keep fit in the office

Everyone knows the benefits of exercise, but how are you supposed to keep fit when you’re sitting in a desk chair for the majority of the week?

Working in an office environment can have many perks, but burning calories just isn’t one of them. But this doesn’t mean that you should abandon any idea of exercising altogether. In fact, just a little extra effort can make all the difference.


So instead of taking the elevator, why not take the stairs? And rather than using your lunch break to grab a sandwich at the nearest shop, why not walk a little further to get your meal? And, once you’ve finished it, why not take a little stroll around before returning to that forsaken desk chair? Walking is one of the simplest and easiest ways to keep fit, but it also happens to be one of the most effective – so make use of it.
