The State Library of Queensland is in crisis after stunning revelations of sexual harassment by a senior librarian.

The accusations detail disturbing behaviour by the Library’s former chief operating officer, who is alleged to have taken thousands of inappropriate, sexualised, non-consensual photographs of female staff members and library patrons.
