We all decry how little time we have today; how all-consuming our lives have become. The question is, what role do we play in fuelling that insanity? Are our own digital-zombie habits eating away at our inner health?

Musician and author Holly Throsby has struggled to make space for her creativity against the encroachment of her digital life. She believes that our digital use is not unlike muscle memory; we have to train ourselves and put the effort in.
