Perth will host a pop-up dance festival honouring the foundations of dance and the space in which dance is created and performed.
Eyes Wide open dance platform is a festival ‘for open minds and empty spaces, aimed at people who love questions more than certitudes’.
The November festival is being presented by STRUT dance, Western Australia’s choreographic development centre. Since 2002, STRUT has fostered the progression of independent dance and provides choreographers with professional development experience.
