Sound art has the power to shift our perceptions both metaphorically and literally. A new exhibit curated and celebrated by US sound artist Stephen Vitiello hopes to further skew our perceptions of the audio-sensory landscape.  

Opening at Melbourne’s Monash University in March, With Hidden Noise explores sound art whilst bringing together audio samples from traditional instruments, field recordings and others masked through the electronic process.
