It looks like this year’s Tony Awards will be a fight between Matilda The Musical and Kinky Boots to steal the show.

The nominations for the 2013 American Theatre Wing’s 67th Annual Antoinette Perry ‘Tony’ Awards have been announced.

Facing off in 11 of the same categories, including Best Musical, Best Director, Best Score, Best Choreographer and several awards for acting, Tony Award front runners Kinky Boots and Matilda the Musical, nominated for 13 and 12 categories respectively, are in fierce competition.
