The award-winning short story writer is heading to Sri Lanka to develop work based in the country and on its history.

 

Michelle Wright has received the first Templeberg Residential Writing Fellowship, provided by Writers Victoria and Templeberg Villa. Wright, who won The Age Short Story Award last year with Maggot, will use the experience to develop a series of stories set in the country.
