Canberra is taking aim at funny bones in 2013 with the inaugural Canberra Comedy Festival. Not content to let the rest of the country hoard all the laughs, the Australian capital will host the best local and international comedians from March 19 to 23.
The event kicks off with an All-Star Comedy Gala that will present short, side-splitting sets from all the festival’s top comics including critically acclaimed UK humourist Steve Hughes.
