Graffiti inspired portrait wins inaugural art prize

Sydney artist Scott Marsh has taken out the inaugural Basel Royal Art Prize ahead of 24 other participants.  Marsh, best known for his pop and street art inspired portraits has won the chance to attend Art Basel Miami in December on an all expenses paid trip.
