Castlemaine State Festival Director Martin Paten has launched the Festival’s program for 2013.


The biennial event, which will take place within Castlemaine and the Central Goldfields region of Victoria in March, has expanded to include over 150 local artists including 18 Indigenous artists from Victoria and the Tiwi Islands, over 112 musicians, 60 theatre performers, 35 writers and a major program for the region’s 1300 Primary school children.
