‘Balance’ is the theme for Cancer Council Victoria’s 2013 Arts Awards, which seek to provide an outlet for creative expression to those touched by cancer.
The awards are available to artists of all skill levels, ages, and global locations, and consist of nine categories: Visual Art, Indigenous Visual Art, Children’s Art, Youth Art, Poetry, Short Story, Children’s Writing, Youth Writing and Film.
