Between 1933 and 1945, the Nazi Party did their utmost to rid the German territories of any and all who did not conform to their vision of Aryan perfection. As well as attempting to carry out the systemic execution of every Jew in Europe, the Nazis also targeted other minorities, including the mentally and physically disabled, the Romani people, and homosexuals.

Richard Watts is ArtsHub's National Performing Arts Editor; he also presents the weekly program SmartArts on Three Triple R FM, and serves as the Chair of La Mama Theatre's volunteer Committee of Management.
