Bad programming decisions blamed for Arts Centre losses

Losses on major productions including the Philip Glass opera Einstein on the Beach are believed to be behind the Arts Centre Melbourne budget blow out reported last week.

Staff at the Arts Centre face a challenging time with reports that Victoria’s flagship arts centre faces a loss of almost $8 million for the 2012-2013 financial year.
