Alone time leads to new creative worlds

When was the last time you were alone? Truly alone, without technology or the worry of day-to-day tasks needing your attention?

The rare time we allow ourselves to be entirely without distraction – time spent alone – can also generate our most creative moments. How this alone time and solitude is linked to creativity forms the basis of Lone, an immersive new production by independent theatre company The Rabble premiering at Melbourne’s Arts House on 8 June.
