Following on from our discussion about how the interview will be structured inevitably it’s going to draw to a close. The end of the interview is an important part of the process, and your chance to demonstrate how interested you are in the role.

After grilling you it’s now your chance to turn the spotlight on your interviewer and ask them questions. Remember though, they’re still judging you, and one of the most important aspects of the process is the questions that you ask them when you’ve finished.
