After being closed for almost four months due to extensive fire damage, the Museum of Australian Democracy will officially reopen to the public today.
Toy museum to permanently close this weekend (NSW)
The Leuralla Toy & Railway Museum will close its doors for the last time this weekend (1 May). For almost 40 years renowned barrister, the late Clive Evatt, opened his grandfather’s Blue Mountains mansion to the public. Following its closure, an extensive cataloguing process of the museum’s contents will commence, preparing the toy and railway collectibles for auction later in the year. It is located in Leura.
