About the role

ACMI is seeking a Development Coordinator to provide support to the development team, including philanthropic and corporate partnership activities, enabling the team to meet ambitious fundraising targets. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this is a full time fixed term role until June 2027.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience in office management, administration and providing operational support to a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly developed computer skills including CRM data management and experience in developing systems and procedures. Tessitura and InDesign experience highly advantageous.
  • Research and investigation skills with the ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and changing priorities through effective priority setting, negotiation skills and the flexibility to adapt to business needs.
