Your role

As our Artform Development Officer, you will deliver high level administrative and project delivery support to the Heads of Practice team.

What you will be doing?

• Providing high level administrative and project management support to the delivery of sector engagement initiatives, and Heads of Practice projects
• Supporting the Heads of Practice to deliver programs, events, and special projects by supporting event logistics, drafting status updates, and ensuring timelines are met
• Preparing proposals, contracts, briefings, and reports for the Heads of Practice as required
• Ensuring organisational contracts for Heads of Practice strategic initiatives are accurately entered in Creative Australia’s grant management software Fluxx and Salesforce
• Monitoring acquittal, budgets, and expenditure in collaboration with the Heads of Practice
• Performing secretariat duties for the Heads of Practice, including by collating cross-artform data and coordinating responses to external requests

• Salary of $74,313 per annum + 15.4% superannuation
