Over  250 delegates have made the trip to Bathurst for the regional arts conference ArtState – about a three hour drive west from Sydney in NSW’s Central Tablelands.

It is the second edition of the state initiative – and barely three weeks after the national regional conference Artlands, which was hosted by Victoria this year.
