Two new awards announced for Arts Centre Melbourne employees

The Arts Centre Melbourne has announced two new awards programs for arts industry training and leadership. The Betty Amsden Scholarship for Leadership in Arts Management and the HOSTPLUS Standing Ovation Employee of the Year Awards will fund arts professionals and provide training, management initiatives and industry skills development.

Formerly known as the Betty Amsden Development Grant, the Betty Amsden Scholarship will provide one full-time employee with $15,000 to improve their professional experience and gain valuable new skills. The scholarship recipient will be given mentoring, a combined travel and study grant and funding to complete Diplomas of Management and Project Management.
