Just outside Sydney’s CBD, in the suburb of Surry Hills is the Peloton Art Gallery. Since 2004, the exhibition space has provided a unique launching pad for over 350 emerging, local and international artists. Artist run initiative Peloton operated at no cost to the artist with over 180 exhibitions under its belt. By all reports, things were looking up with over 22 exhibitions a year and a full program for 2013.

Sadly, the directors of the gallery have today announced the gallery space will close its doors in March with its final exhibit, aptly named Goodnight.
