Residential buildings lagging behind offices in green sales

When it comes to going green residential buildings are still unable to sell the monetary value of sustainability.

When it comes to the so-called ‘green revolution’ of green star ratings it seems that only high end office blocks are really embracing the saleability of sustainability, and our humble apartment is lagging behind.

While developers are now putting further onus on green buildings, this is yet to translate into an increase in property value, which is the main driver needed to bolster sustainability in the building industry.
