NSW Parliament Plein Air Painting Prize awarded

Bulli artist John Bokor has been announced as the winner of the 2012 NSW Parliament Plein Air Painting Prize, worth $20,000.

The winner of the 2012 NSW Parliament Plein Air Painting Prize has been announced as Bulli artist John Bokor, who has beaten 40 other entrants to win the $20,000 cash prize.

Bulli was announced as the winner by this year’s judge Mr Michael Rolfe, CEO of Museums and Galleries NSW at a special awards ceremony at Parliament overnight, which was attended by artists, Presiding Officers of the Parliament, members of Parliament and Prize sponsors Allens, Connor & Solomon Architects and NSW Wines.
