Indigenous artist says G’day to the USA

Indigenous artist Wayne Quilliam is travelling to Los Angeles and New York as a part of the 10th Annual G'Day USA celebrations.

G’Day USA has been running since 2004 as the largest foreign country promotional event in the USA. The 10 day celebration of Australian arts, culture, innovation and trade attracts over 15,000 participants.

Renowned Australian Aboriginal photographic artist Wayne Quilliam flies to the United States next week to participate in the 10th year of the event, launching his latest exhibition in Los Angeles at the G’Day LA Gala Black Tie Ball on January 12. Quilliam then heads to New York to open a second exhibition on January 18 at the Australian Embassy.
