It works both ways. Riverland Youth Theatre (RYT) provides writers, actors, directors, designers, dancers and other performing artists with a workshop space and accommodation in its UpRiver residential program during the creative development stages of their projects, but in return those artists are asked to share their skills and experience with young people and the Riverland community through workshops and other arrangements.
