Boltanski makes Sydney a first

Sydney’s Carriageworks is carving a name for itself as a major multi-arts venue in Australia. With the success Chinese artist Song Dong’s Wast Not installation of arranged household items, to the deeply popular light installation by Japanese artist Ryoji Ikeda, Test pattern, and that enthusiasm for presenting the art of now embraced by Sydney Contemporary this month, it is not surprising Carriageworks is attracting big name artists and productions.
