AUDIO: Textile arts boom overwhelms exhibition

TEX, a new textile exhibition has been so overwhelmed with interest it has had to postpone and move to a bigger venue.

When Melbourne Design Market announced a Textile Exhibition in February the organisers expected to gather a small group of enthusiasts at the modest Drill Hall in Footscray. But everyone from natural dye weavers to industrial designers exploring 3D printing wanted to participate.
