Arts Minister announces arts budget

As part of last night’s budget Arts Minister Simon Crean revealed funding of $64.1 million over four years to help protect arts jobs across culture and creative sectors.

Mr Crean highlighted the significant economic and cultural benefits that investing in the arts would have on Australia’s reputation as a cultural leader.
