Appointments across the arts

Screen, literature and one of the world’s biggest art events all saw people taking up positions this week.

Simon Mordant AM has been announced as Commissioner for the Australia exhibition at the 56^th National Art Exhibition, Venice Biennale 2015. Rupert Myer AM, Chair of the Australia Council for the Arts, made the announcement ahead of the Australia Council’s annual Visual Arts Award Ceremony at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia in Sydney.
