Belvoir has opened the curtains on applications for the second Balnaves Foundation Indigenous Playwrights Award. All writers of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent are invited to enter.
Last year, Nakkiah Lui took out the inaugural award, winning a $7,500 cash prize and a $12,000 commission to write a new play with the support of Belvoir.
