It’s nice to see a week so jam-packed full of artists being recognised for their achievements, ability and talent. All over the country people are being honoured for their work in film, literature, theatre and the visual arts.
Kicking things off will be a showcase of the next big names in the arts, with Top Arts 2013 opening its doors on March 21. The exhibition will host 43 works from some of Victoria’s most promising young artists, the pieces the culmination of their VCE studies.
