Cindy Sherman at Brisbane’s QAGOMA promises to be one of the big hitters of 2016

The first major survey of Australian fashion ever to be displayed happens in 2016 and it will present over 90 designers including Dion Lee, Kym Ellery, Romance Was Born, Akira Isogawa, Collette Dinnigan and Toni Maticevski.

200 Years of Australian Fashion is the NGVs hit this year, an institution which has carved a name for itself in recent years for celebrating design and fashion. Pitched as the ‘fashion girl’s event of the year’, it is sure to attract crowds. Put it in your diary: 5 March – 31 July (ticketed exhibition).
